Refund Policy

1. When you can get a refund

Request a refund within 7 days of your purchase if:

• Your itinerary could not be generated or delivered. If our system can't finish your plan, we will tell you and refund you in full. You don't need to ask.
• A material technical problem stops you from opening or using your itinerary and we can't fix it within a reasonable time.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.

2. Change of mind

Itineraries that were successfully delivered are digital content made just for you, so they are generally not refundable if you simply change your mind. If something in your plan doesn't fit, use the revisions included with your purchase, or email us and we'll try to help.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout and a short description of the problem. We will reply within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear. Once an order is refunded, access to that paid itinerary ends.

4. Tours and bookings with other companies

We do not sell tours, hotels or transportation. If you book an experience through a link in your itinerary (for example, on Viator), that booking, its price and its cancellation or refund terms are between you and that company. Please contact them directly.

5. Your legal rights

All refunds are subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under those laws.
